Scott Issel

Scott has been a mortgage industry executive for over a decade and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for EPM and oversees all aspects of accounting and finance within the company. Prior to joining EPM, Scott was the CFO of Cherry Creek Mortgage, a nationwide independent mortgage bank. As the CFO, Scott manages the company’s finance, accounting, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Scott is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado. He resides in Highlands Ranch, Colorado with his wife Kristen and three sons: Brody, Greyson, and Henry.
