Anjanette Valenta

Chief People Officer

Anjanette Valenta is an accomplished leader, bringing over two decades of human resources experience to her role as Chief People Officer. She started her career in the mortgage industry and became a member of key executive teams in both public and private enterprises. Anjanette has led organizations through rapid growth, transformation, and regulatory complexity in various roles including SVP, Human Resources at Banc of California and other financial service companies. She also served as an independent consultant providing expertise and strategy development to emerging companies. Anjanette joined EPM in September 2024, bringing expertise in building scalable HR infrastructure and creating talent acquisition, talent development, and total rewards programs. Anjanette is passionate about leadership development and cultural advocacy, empowering organizations to achieve sustainable success through their people.

Anjanette has a B.A. in Psychology and Social Behavior and a minor degree in Management from University of California, Irvine. And earned a certificate in Executive Education, Leading Change and Organizational Renewal at Stanford University.
